HOW TO USE: Wearing gloves, in a non-metallic container, add 30g of Nine Blond Matiz Honma Tokyo Bleaching Powder and add 45ml or 60ml of oxidizer of 10, 20, 30 or 40 volumes. Mix until a homogeneous mass is formed and apply the mixture to the hair with a brush, strand by strand. DILUTION: 1:2. FOR TOTAL BLEACHING: Start the application on the nape of the neck or on the darkest parts. PAUSE TIME: Up to 60 minutes according to the technique chosen, the desired level of lightening and the condition of the hair. Do not exceed the maximum time of 60 minutes.
