Returns

If you are in any way not satisfied with your purchase from HONMATOKYO-EUROPE.COM, you may return it back to us within 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns are usually processed within 10-14 business days, and you can expect your refund within 5-7 days after your return is accepted and processed.

Please note, a return fee of 10.00 euros will be deducted from your refund for EU returns.

*If your purchase was made outside of HONMATOKYO-EUROPE.COM, we ask you to contact the retailer directly for a return in line with their return policy. We cannot guarantee the authenticity of any products purchased outside of our authorized distributors or retailers.
