Shipping policy
Order Processing:
. We process all orders from Monday to Friday between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM, excluding public holidays.
. Orders placed from Monday to Friday before 1:00 PM are shipped within 24-48 hours (excluding public holidays).
. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on the next business day.
. No orders are processed or shipped on public holidays or the day before.
Shipment Tracking:
Your tracking number will be sent to you via email and will also be available in your customer account.
You can track your shipment using the tracking link provided.
Out of Stock Items:
If a product is out of stock, the delivery time will be extended to when the stock becomes available.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs may vary depending on the carrier or for heavy parcels.
